Myriad Self
Support · One place for every app

Tell us what actually happened.

Pick the app, describe it in your own words, and it comes straight to a person — there is no ticket queue and no first-line script. A one-person company has at least this one advantage.

Bought an app, lost the key?

Send my licence key again

Give us the address you paid with and the key goes out again.

Nothing is on sale yet, so there are no keys to resend. This form works and is here for the day there are.

Email takes a few minutes. If nothing turns up, there are two other ways to your key: it is on the thank-you page linked from your Stripe payment confirmation, and hi@adrianskobiej.pl will always look it up for you.

Something broken?

Report a bug

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. That is enough to start.

Got an idea?

Request a feature

Both apps are still being built, which means a request sent now has a much better chance of landing than one sent after release.

Be specific “The shortcut stopped firing after I woke the Mac” beats “it doesn’t work.” The first one can be reproduced.
Attach a screenshot Once your email app opens, drag one in. A picture saves several rounds of questions.
You will get a reply Leave an email address and you will hear back, usually the same day. One person reads all of these.
