Myriad for Chrome — Privacy Policy

The Myriad extension lets the AI agents of your Myriad account do browsing tasks you give them, in your own Chrome. This page says exactly what it reads, what it sends and what it never touches.

In plain words. The extension does nothing until you connect it to your Myriad account. After that it works only in its own “Myriad” tab group, only on tasks you or your agents start in Myriad, and only on websites the agent is allowed to visit. From those tabs it sends Myriad a description of the page (its text, buttons and form fields) so the agent can decide the next step. It never reads the value of a password field, never types passwords, one-time codes or card numbers, and never looks at your other tabs, your history or your bookmarks. Buying, sending, booking and filling in personal data always wait for your approval.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is the business behind Myriad:

BusinessAdrian Skobiej Myriad Self
Addressul. Jana Heweliusza 11 lok. 811, 80-890 Gdańsk, Poland
Tax ID (NIP)5552055444
Emailhi@adrianskobiej.pl

This page covers the extension only. Everything else — the Myriad apps, the Myriad account, payments — is in our Privacy Policy.

2. What the extension reads and sends

Only while an agent works on a task in the extension’s own tab group, and only on a page the agent is allowed to open:

DataWhyScope
Page address and titleWhich page the agent is on, to check it against the agent’s allowed and blocked websites and to show you what it didThe agent’s tab only
Visible text of the pageSo the agent can read the page and report back to you (for example prices it compared)Up to 12,000 characters and 600 elements per page
Buttons, links and form fieldsTheir labels and the values already in them (never a password field’s value), so the agent can choose what to click or typeInteractive elements of that page
A screenshot of the tabOnly when the reasoning model asks for one because the page cannot be read as text (a map, a canvas)At most 3 per task
That you took overWhen you click or press a key in the agent’s tab, the extension pauses the agent and tells Myriad that you took over — not what you typed or where you clickedAn event, with the page address
Pairing and statusA one-time code when you connect, then the extension’s version and whether it is idle, working or pausedAbout every 30 seconds while Chrome runs, more often for a few minutes after a task

This data goes over HTTPS to Myriad’s server, where the rules are checked again and the next step is decided. The agent’s steps and its answer appear in your conversation in Myriad, together with a log of its actions (page addresses, what it clicked or typed, and when).

3. What it never reads or sends

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. It is used only to carry out the tasks you give your agents.

4. What stays in your browser

In Chrome’s own extension storage, on your computer: the access token of your connection (removed when you disconnect), the browser’s ID and name in your account, the server address, and — for the current session only — which window, tab and tab group belong to the agent.

5. Who processes the data

To decide the next step, Myriad’s server sends the page description of the agent’s current step to:

ProviderWhat for
Google (Firebase, Cloud Functions)Runs Myriad’s server and stores your connected browsers and the agents’ conversations, in the European Union (europe-west1)
AnthropicThe reasoning model (Claude) that plans the task, handles difficult steps and reads screenshots — through the Anthropic API, or your company’s own Anthropic key if you set one
TypeSafe (Jev)A fast model that picks which element to click next from the page description; when it is unsure, the reasoning model decides instead

Anthropic and TypeSafe are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider. They process the data to answer our request, under their own API terms.

6. How long we keep it

7. Why the extension needs its permissions

PermissionWhy
Access to websites (“all sites”)The agent works on the websites your task needs, which cannot be listed in advance. The extension uses this access only in the tabs of its own “Myriad” group, and each agent can be limited to allowed websites.
scriptingTo read the page and click or type in the agent’s tab — and nowhere else.
tabsTo open the agent’s own window and tab, read that tab’s address to check the website rules, and notice when you close it.
tabGroupsTo keep the agent’s tabs in a labelled purple “Myriad” group, so you always see where it works.
storageTo remember the connection to your account.
alarmsTo check for new tasks every 30 seconds without keeping anything running.

8. Your rights and control

You can stop an agent at any moment (the Stop button on the page, in the extension or in Myriad), take over its tab, disconnect the extension, or remove it from Chrome. Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — write to hi@adrianskobiej.pl. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or to the authority in your country.

The use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes

If the extension starts reading or sending anything new, we will update this page and its date before that version is published, and say so in the extension’s release notes.
