  • In the bell. New messages and being added to a room show up there.
Guests

Invite the client into the room, nothing more.

A guest joins by an email link, without a password or subscription, and sees only invited rooms.

What changesYou talk with clients without opening your company to them.

  • Free, up to 50. Guests don't take a seat and cost nothing.
  • Your records stay closed. A guest sees linked records as names only.
  • Notes to read. Pick Guests can read, and they get a read-only copy.
