When this happens, do this.

Pick a trigger and add steps. When a flow needs two outcomes, an If splits it into Yes and No.

What changesThe same five clicks after every new deal stop being your job.

  • Triggers from your work. A new task or lead, a won deal, a changed stage, a payment past due, no contact for 30 days, a webhook or a button.
  • Steps inside Myriad. Add or move a task, start a project from a template, update a deal, write to a notes page, notify someone, send a mail from your own mailbox.
  • Test before it goes live. Run test walks the flow on sample data, and every run keeps what went in and out of each step.

  • Connect once. One key or sign-in per app, and every flow in the company can use it.
  • Keys stay on our server. They are encrypted there and never come back to your devices.
  • Invoices stay in your program. Myriad can prepare a draft in inFakt or a proforma in Fakturownia. It never issues an invoice itself.
Schedules

As often as the job needs.

Every 15 or 30 minutes, every hour, every 2 or 4 hours, or 2 to 6 times a day at the hours you choose.

What changesYou know how many runs a schedule will use before you switch it on.

  • Only in working hours. Keep a schedule between, say, 8:00 and 18:00, and on weekdays only.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly. Every morning at 8:00, on the days you pick, or on one day of the month.
  • A count before you save. The editor estimates the month's runs. It turns orange from 80% of your limit and red above it.
Myra

Describe the process. Myra builds it.

Say “when a Shopify order comes in, add the contact, a deal and a task for Ania, and tell the team on Slack”. Myra draws the whole flow and shows it to you first.

What changesA process that used to take an afternoon of setup takes one conversation.

  • Nothing assumed. How often to check, the amount, the channel, the person: whatever you did not say comes back as a card to confirm, with a sensible choice already picked.
  • An access panel with instructions. If a program is not connected, Myra asks which one you use and shows where to create the key, with links.
  • Keys never reach the chat. What you type in the panel goes straight to the encrypted vault. Myra only learns that the connection works.
  • A draft until you say so. The flow is saved switched off. You run a test on sample data and switch it on yourself.

Pricing

Pay for runs, not for flows.

A run is one start of a flow, whatever it does. Build as many flows as you like.

What changesNo bill you did not expect: past the limit, flows pause instead of charging more.

  • In Ultra: 3,000 runs included. Every Ultra company gets 3,000 runs a month. Need more: 15,000 for $10 more, or 50,000 for $40 more a month.
  • With the Myriad plan: from $9. 3,000 runs for $9, 15,000 for $19, 50,000 for $49 a month. Pay yearly and two months are free.
  • A warning, then a pause. At 80% you get a notice. A little past the limit, flows pause until next month or a bigger tier. Nothing is deleted, and test runs never count.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. They run on Myriad's server, so they need a Myriad account, not a computer that is on.

On the Mac and on the web. The iPhone shows department processes, but flows are edited on a bigger screen.

Each start of a flow, from any trigger, whatever the number of steps. Test runs do not count.

Keys are encrypted on our server and never sent back to your devices or shown to Myra. You can check or disconnect an app at any time.
